Lead the implementation of OT solutions based on design specifications, ensuring they meet business requirements and quality standards.
Work closely with the OT design team to understand the technical architecture, data model, and system operations for various projects.
Develop and configure software, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and third-party solutions.
Ensure adherence to best security practices and data protection measures throughout the implementation process.
Provide training and support to end users and teams to ensure a successful transition to the new solution.
Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and continue to improve them to increase their effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualification: Minimum of 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electronics or related fields from HEC recognized University or equivalent foreign institution/institution.
Experience: Preferably 8-10 years of professional experience, preferably 5-7 years of related work experience in a large national / multinational organization, in a similar role or at junior high school level.
Requirements: Proven experience in project implementation and coordination experience with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) • Strong experience in designing and modifying software and OT systems • Strong understanding of programming language and development framework. Experience with various automation technologies such as PLC, HMI, System Control, Radar Tank Gauges, Motor Operated Valves, IOT based sensors and SCADA systems is experience in conducting tests and quality assurance to ensure the reliability of the implemented solutions. integration into third-party systems is a plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders • relevant certifications (eg, PMP) a plus.
